Our new “rolled hem” blouses.  These beautiful blouses add a bit of simplicity to  the over-all skirt/blouse look.  Available color edgings on white broadcloth: red, black, green, royal, rose, med blue, pink, jade.   Also white on white. Edging on color broadcloth is usually white, however….?  Choice of regular or double sleeve ruffle.
